The SNT security portfolio covers a wide range of topics. Our approach is to focus on the technology rather than specific products. This ensures students will learn how the security technologies work rather than which buttons need to be pressed.
All classes use hands on exercises on a range of equipment to reinforce the theory. Our two day IP security course provides a foundation for all of the other classes. Follow on courses range from platform specific courses (UNIX and Microsoft security), more network security courses (Firewalls and VPNs) onto advanced security courses covering IPSec and Penetration testing.
For those who are interested in certifications our 5 day Security+ course prepares students for the CompTia Security+ examination.
