Yes, we provide online live training in virtual classrooms.

Yes. We can deliver training at your site anywhere in the world.
Our public schedule training courses are held at our training centre in Redhill, Surrey, UK. Alternatively we can provide training at your site wherever it is in the world.
For the optimal training experience we limit our public schedule courses to a maximum of 8 delegates. This allows for interactive training sessions where all delegate can ask questions throughout as well as allowing each delegate appropriate instructor time during hands on exercises. For courses run just for your company we discourage more than 8 delegates on a course.
Hands on courses use real kit in the classroom.
No. However there are numerous hotels close to our training centre. Please see here.
Yes. We are always willing to discuss the possibility of scheduling extra dates.
Yes. Although we specialise in generic training we also provide product training in a number of areas.
All delegates receive a certificate of attendance. With some courses there are also exams that if passed will result in a particular certification.
If you require training on a technology and it doesn’t seem to be on our website then please contact us. Its quite likely that we will be able to provide a course in that area.

Virtual classrooms

Virtual classrooms are video conference meetings with the instructor and other delegates, access to the hands-on sessions is through the cloud.

All PCs, servers, routers and switches needed for courses have been placed in the cloud. They are accessible by delegates using standard windows RDP software. Apple MAC users can download an RDP app to access.
The price is the same whether you attend in person or using a virtual classroom.
The virtual classroom experience is the same as the in class experience except that you can attend the class from the comfort of your own home.
No. Access is through Zoom (one company courses can be provided over Webex). Hands-on sessions are accessed through RDP which is standard in Windows.
We currently use Zoom to provide access to the virtual classrooms. For one company courses we can also offer WebEx as the platform.
